I didn't plan this out much. Just did a quick tablet sketch with a strong angle on a piano and did my best to make it work. I thought about putting a column in, then some curtains and spotlighting, but after I did the column, I kind of liked the minimalist look of the stage.
And this was all over the place due painting in PS of this scale. I kept changing my method, which made it difficult to keep consistent. Worse, I kept creating new layer after new layer because I was losing track of where things were. For example, if I create a new layer it starts with the number 190.
Let me know if you guys want desktop background versions. Also, any critique is welcome, I only want to improve.
This is really great. the background together with the lineless style, the pose itself and of course the character are giving this picture some magic moment feeling.
Amazing work dude, it looks like a real painting! In my opinion this is the best thing you've ever drawn.
